Job summary

Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Business Process Manager CX to own the global CRM/CX landscape, centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365, in Barcelona.

You will work with international business teams to translate needs into effective CRM solutions and help shape the evolution of the CRM ecosystem, including BI and AI initiatives. Hybrid working model in Barcelona offers collaboration across functions and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, CRM, Business Applications, Product Ownership, Application Management or IT Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with CRM implementation, development or transformation projects.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Experience working with international stakeholders, affiliates or business teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the global CRM/CX application landscape.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional solutions and user stories.
• Collaborate with international affiliates and business stakeholders.
• Manage change requests, process improvements and application enhancements.
• Act as an IT Stream Lead on CRM implementation and rollout projects.
• Support CRM migration, integrations, go-live activities and user adoption.
• Coordinate external vendors and implementation partners.
• Provide second-level support and incident resolution.
• Contribute to the evolution of the CRM ecosystem and integrations.
• Support reporting, Microsoft Fabric, BI and AI initiatives.
• Train and support business users on new processes and functionalities.
