Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the WSS vertical expansion across Europe. You will lead BD activities, identify new opportunities, and help shape GTM and channel strategies.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and extensive travel across Europe. The ideal candidate has a background in industrial water solutions, a track record of developing growth strategies, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or market expansion in industrial sectors (preferably wastewater).
• Proven experience launching go-to-market strategies, channel expansion, and partner ecosystems.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD initiatives to grow Xylem WSS across Europe, focusing on Industrial and Municipal verticals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic initiatives to expand market presence and revenue.
• Develop and implement GTM, channel expansion, and vertical growth strategies aligned with regional needs.
