Getac is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Iberia. You will drive enterprise sales, identify opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and build a sustainable pipeline through distributors and system integrators.

This role requires strong consultative selling, Spanish and English fluency, and the ability to travel regularly to meet customers, events, and partner workshops; you'll collaborate with product and marketing to deliver sector-specific

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Business Development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of targeted sectors; understanding customer needs and market trends.
• Experience in channel and partner development.
• Consultative/solution-selling approach.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement sector sales strategies, including target account identification, customer development, channel partner development, and ISV/IHV engagement plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline within the assigned market.
• Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted enterprise accounts.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and other channel partners.
• Support the Getac Accredited Partner Program and channel development strategy.
• Collaborate with the Product Solutions Team to identify customer requirements and develop sector-specific solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing to execute quarterly marketing and lead-generation programs.
• Participate in local trade shows and partner events; regular business travel is required.
• Attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present sales performance, pipeline status, market strategy, and action plans.
• Monitor and communicate target customer developments, sector trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely SFDC updates, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipeline management.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Business Development, preferably within the Enterprise IT industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully developing new business opportunities.
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in the targeted sectors, with a solid understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Experience in channel and partner development, including working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and technology partners.
• Consultive/solution-selling approach

Skills

• Strong team player with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Full Spanish proficiency and fluent in English, with strong written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits, partner meetings, trade shows, and other business activities.
