Job summary

Kudelski Group in Madrid seeks an innovative Business Analyst to join the Data Strategy & Analytics team. You will drive the Dynamics 365 Projects Module administration and contribute to the PMO, forecasting, and revenue alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create functional/technical requirements, and translate insights into actionable business outcomes while supporting data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations).
• Finance/Accounting experience related to Project Management, Project Forecasting, and Project Revenue Recognition.
• Experience in generating functional and technical requirements documentation.
• Experience in developing/performing QA testing for business applications.
• SQL experience and Power BI report design/deployment preferred.
• Ability to break down complex problems and align data initiatives with the Data Platform Strategy.
• Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally (passport/travel documentation).

Responsibilities

• End to end administration of Dynamics 365 Projects Module.
• Perform PMO activities related to Project creation, modification, and close-out.
• Coordinate Time Sheet and Expense Management with various business teams.
• Create and update PMO process documentation.
• Simplify and communicate complex concepts to drive data-driven outcomes.
• Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and drive to resolution.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training across multiple stakeholder groups to drive PMO adoption.
• Prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple work streams.

Mission

We are currently seeking an innovative, disciplined, and results-oriented Business Analyst with relevant technical, business, and influencing skills to work in the Data Strategy & Analytics group within the Corporate Finance organization.

As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the development and execution of our Data Strategy & Analytics roadmap that will help guide the organization’s vision to effectively utilize how we use data and analytics to derive critical insights about our business.

Primary support/focus will be on our Dynamics 365 Projects Module, although crossover support to other business applications will occur. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business operations and recommending solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

About the role:

• End to end administration responsibilities of Dynamics 365 Projects Module


• Performing PMO related activities with regards to Project creation, modification, and close-out


• Coordinating with various business teams regrading Time Sheet and Expense Management


• Creating process documents for all PMO activities and updating them on a regular basis


• Simplify and communicate complex concepts to our business partners to drive data-driven outcomes


• Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and drive to a resolution


• Provide necessary coaching, mentoring, and training across multiple stakeholder groups to drive adoption of PMO processes


• Flexible and capable of prioritizing competing tasks, timelines, and work streams

Requirements / Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)


• Prior Finance/Accounting experience related to Project Management, Project Forecasting, and Project Revenue Recognition


• Prior experience in generating functional and technical requirements documentation


• Prior experience in developing/performing relevant QA Testing


• Prior SQL experience preferred


• Prior Power BI Report Design and Deployment preferred


• Ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals and align data initiatives with the overall Data Platform Strategy.


• Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and direction


• Must be flexible and willing to work to meet the demands of the business which may include evenings, weekend, and holidays


• International travel may be required, so must possess a valid Passport and/or Travel Documentation
