Job summary

Philip Morris International in Madrid is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business strategy and analytics. You will translate complex challenges into data-driven insights, develop dashboards, and deliver analytical products for decision-making.

Join our DI&A team in a hybrid role (3 days onsite per week) to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, enhance data quality, and enable evidence-based decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, or related fields.
• Advanced Power BI dashboard development and data modelling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar cloud-based analytics environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced English communication skills.

The Opportunity

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, uncover trends, develop dashboards and analytical products, and enable better, faster, and more informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related fields.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard development and data modelling.
