Job summary

Talantir is seeking a product-focused Business Analyst to drive AI and data-driven solutions within complex, safety-critical environments. You will translate business needs into epics and user stories, facilitate workshops, and support roadmap and backlog planning in a hybrid Barcelona setting with European travel.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience in agile, product-led contexts, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering value early in projects.

About the role

Work closely with maintenance and operations stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities for AI solutions. Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops and design sessions aligned with product vision and roadmap. Support roadmap development, backlog refinement and delivery planning. Ensure solutions are scalable and applicable across multiple business units.
