Job summary

Kurita Group in Spain is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to help drive data-driven decisions. You will join a growing analytics capability and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.

You will expand Power BI reporting across the organization, shaping data structure and visualization while partnering with IT and business teams to deliver robust dashboards and insights. Hybrid work at our Sant Cugat del Vallès office is offered.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard development.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, with ability to create and understand measures in a business context.
• Good working knowledge of Excel; basic SQL querying is a plus.
• Understanding of business processes and data flows; ability to interpret data beyond surface reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with curiosity and proactive learning.
• Interest in data modelling, visualization, and BI best practices; desire to improve technically and business knowledge.
• Experience in consulting or working closely with business stakeholders is considered a plus.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling Business Intelligence capabilities within an international business environment. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with stakeholders across functions to translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.

As part of this role, you will contribute to the expansion of Power BI reporting solutions across multiple business areas, helping shape how data is structured, visualized, and consumed across the organization.

You will support the design, development, and continuous improvement of Business Intelligence solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to deliver robust and scalable reporting tools.

Beyond dashboard development, this role offers the opportunity to influence how data is standardized, governed, and adopted across the business.

Job requirements
