JD Logistics, la división logística de JD.com, está expandiéndose en el mercado español y busca un líder operativo para planta de fulfillment de bienes pequeños. Este rol requiere supervisión en el piso de la bodega, gestionando equipos de picking y packing para asegurar velocidad y precisión en las órdenes para la entrega a courier.

Se exige experiencia en lanzamientos greenfield, manejo de grandes grupos de operarios, familiaridad con WMS, sistemas pick-to-light y RF scanning.

Formación

• Lanzamientos greenfield: historial verificado como líder de equipo, coordinador de línea o capitán senior en un centro de distribución de alto volumen durante un lanzamiento de sitio o temporada alta.
• Maestría en piso de línea: experiencia liderando grandes grupos de trabajadores blue-collar (50+), familiaridad con WMS, sistemas pick-to-light/put-to-wall y escaneo RF.
• Dominio del inglés y español: fluidez profesional para coordinar con gestión internacional y dirigir al personal local. Mandarín es plus.
• Flexibilidad operativa: disponibilidad para turnos (madrugadas, noches, fines de semana) para asegurar cobertura 24/7.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar, motivar y dirigir las operaciones diarias del turno saliente ( picking, packing, wall-sorting y staging) para procesar y preparar pedidos con velocidad y precisión.
• Tomar responsabilidad directa en piso para una zona de salida y su personal, monitorizando throughput por hora y resolviendo cuellos de botella.
• Garantizar cumplimiento del Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid y mantener normas de seguridad durante picos de volumen.
• Gestionar asignación de operadores en tiempo real, control de asistencia y transiciones de turno con alta moral y cultura de seguridad.

Context of the Position

As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Spanish market, driven by the launch of our small-goods fulfillment operations. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution.

This position is designed for an energetic, frontline operational leader who thrives on the warehouse floor. The role demands an execution-focused supervisor who can manage large teams of picking and packing operators, drive real-time productivity targets, and maintain flawless safety standards during high-volume shift windows.

The Mission & Core Scope

• The Mission: Lead, motivate, and direct the daily outbound shift operations (picking, packing, wall-sorting, and staging) to ensure all customer orders are processed and ready for courier injection with maximum speed and accuracy.
• The Scope: You will take direct, hands-on floor responsibility for an outbound zone and its personnel, tracking hourly picking/packing throughput, resolving physical flow bottlenecks, and enforcing compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid.

Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets

To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:

• Hourly Throughput Delivery (SLA): Successfully meet or exceed target units-per-hour (UPH) picking and packing metrics for your assigned shift, ensuring no backlog build-up.
• Error & Defect Control: Keep packing defects, mislabeling occurrences, and shipping discrepancies near zero through active floor coaching and real-time process auditing.
• Frontline Labor Management: Oversee real-time operator allocation across stations, track attendance, and manage shift handovers smoothly, maintaining high morale and a proactive safety culture.
• Carrier Cut-Off Compliance: Ensure that prioritized order batches are completely sorted, staged and loaded onto outbound trailers before strict daily transport departure windows close.

Position Requirements

• Greenfield Launch Expertise: You must have a verified background of acting as a team leader, line coordinator, or senior captain within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center, high-velocity 3PL, or retail distribution hub during a site launch or major peak season.
• Frontline Floor Mastery: Proven experience leading large groups of blue-collar workers (50+ operators) and deep familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), pick-to-light/put-to-wall systems, and RF scanning equipment.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to ensure clear operational alignment with international management and fluent direction of local floor staff. Knowledge of Mandarin is a valuable asset.
• Operational Flexibility: High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, nights, and weekends) to guarantee complete operational coverage for a 24/7 launch cycle.
