Revolut Ltd is seeking a Brand Experience Specialist for our Barcelona store to deliver a welcoming, modern customer experience. You will blend hospitality with proactive engagement, ensuring the store reflects Revolut’s neobank identity.

You will assist customers with app navigation, host interactive activities, and support in-store events in collaboration with the central Revolut team. Based in Barcelona, you will work shifts including weekends.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in retail, sales, or banking.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with app navigations and general product information.
• Run in-store activities and gamified experiences to engage customers.
• Support planning and delivery of in-store events and marketing campaigns with Revolut team.
• Represent Revolut during events, engaging visitors and conveying the brand.
