Revolut is expanding its Physical Presence team in Barcelona and seeks a Brand Experience Specialist to create a welcoming, modern customer experience. You will blend hospitality with digital know-how to reflect our neobank identity in-store.

Join us to engage customers, run in-store events, and collaborate with the central team to deliver memorable experiences while promoting Revolut’s products and services.

Formación

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role in retail, sales, or banking with direct, in-person interaction
• Fluent in English (C1+ level or equivalent)
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish (C2/native level)
• Based in Barcelona and willing to work weekends

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with app navigation, provide general product information, and direct to specialised resources when needed
• Keep the store lively by running interactive games and learning activities
• Support planning and delivery of in-store events and marketing campaigns with the central Revolut team
• Act as the face of Revolut during events, engage visitors, answer questions, and bring the brand to life

About the role

The Physical Presence team brings Revolut beyond the app and into the real world. They design and scale our footprint, creating seamless, high-impact experiences where customers live and travel. By blending high-tech with in-person interactions, team members oversee innovative touchpoints that make Revolut feel just as powerful offline as it does online.

We’re looking for a Brand Experience Specialist to create a welcoming and modern customer experience. You'll integrate proactive customer engagement with high-level hospitality to ensure our physical store in Barcelona reflects our modern, neobank identity.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting customers with app navigation, providing general product information, and directing them to specialised resources when necessary
• Keeping the store lively by running interactive games and learning activities
• Supporting the planning and delivery of in-store events and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the central Revolut team
• Acting as the face of Revolut during events, engaging visitors, answering questions, and bringing the brand to life

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in retail, sales, or banking, with direct in-person interaction with customers
• Fluency in English (C1+ level or equivalent)
• Fluency in Catalan and Spanish (C2/native level)
• Great numeracy, analytical IT skills
• The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
• To be based in Barcelona
• A willingness to work in shifts, including weekends

Nice to have

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles, including premium electronics, fintech, lifestyle, or experiential brand environments
