Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Brand and Creative Specialist to elevate our e-commerce brand toward market leadership. You will shape a distinctive brand voice and visuals across ads, social, product pages and emails, turning strategy into powerful creative that resonates at every stage of the customer journey.

You will lead AI-powered creative production pipelines, develop scalable workflows, and collaborate with marketing, data and product teams to maximize impact and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative roles, ideally agency/digital brand.
• Proven experience in leading integrated campaigns.
• A strong portfolio showing differentiation and impact.
• Ability to bridge creativity with business results.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the creative vision for the brand across touchpoints.
• Translate strategy into powerful creative ideas and territories.
• Evolve the brand’s messaging architecture for funnel stages.
• Own the brand’s visual and verbal identity across ads, social, website, emails and product pages.
• Build AI-powered creative production systems and scalable templates.
• Support 360º campaigns across ATL, digital, social, CRM and onsite content.
• Lead communication plans for launches and key commercial moments.
• Measure and optimize creative effectiveness via performance insights.
