Puig is seeking a Global Creative & Innovation Manager to elevate creative excellence and enable scalable production across its media ecosystem. You will empower brands and markets with robust workflows, AI-powered tools, and data-driven best practices to boost performance.

Based in Spain with global reach, you will collaborate with Creative, Media, Brand, Production and Technology teams to optimize processes, govern AI adoption, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Formación

7+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Digital Production, Creative Strategy, Media Production or Creative Technology.
Experience working in a creative agency, media agency, production company or global marketing organization.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving creative production, media and technology.
Strong understanding of AI-powered tools, automation technologies and emerging content production capabilities.
Solid project management skills using modern platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Jira).

Responsabilidades

Define global standards and best practices for creative production across platforms.
Design scalable workflows and governance to improve speed, quality and consistency.
Lead AI adoption and content automation initiatives with measurable impact.
Collaborate with Brand Production, Media, Insights, Data & AI, and Technology teams.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across markets.
