OLX Group seeks a Principal Brand Designer to shape the visual identity across its brands and drive scalable design systems. You’ll lead brand strategy, governance, and AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with Marketing, Product Design, and leadership to maintain consistency and elevate craftsmanship.

You’ll mentor designers, build scalable templates, and define governance to ensure distinctive, trusted brand experiences at scale.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in brand design or visual design.
• Experience building or evolving enterprise design systems.
• Experience shaping brands at scale across multiple products or markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define the future of OLX Group’s brand ecosystem and visual identity.
• Lead multi-brand design systems and governance.
• Mentor designers and elevate craft.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand Strategy, and executives.
