Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and visual communication.
• Proven experience leading a team of designers and mentoring junior staff.
• Ability to develop original concepts aligned with brand positioning.
• Analytical mindset using data to inform design decisions.
• Understanding of business goals, KPIs, and how design supports them.
• Experience conducting design reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities
