TAG Heuer is seeking a Deputy Boutique Manager based near La Roca Barcelona to lead a luxury team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will coach staff, maintain operational excellence, and report to the Boutique Manager in a fast-paced, brand-forward environment.

You will embody the TAG Heuer DNA, manage clienteling, events, and VM standards, while fostering an inclusive culture and developing your team for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Management experience in luxury retail leading high performing teams.
• Strong selling skills and retail KPI focus, results driven.
• Knowledge of Brand DNA, history, and collections.
• Client-centric mindset focused on recruiting new clients and growing active base.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Agile manager able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Autonomy, resilience, ownership, pragmatic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales and overall performance, guiding team to meet turnover goals.
• Coach floor staff, ensure exceptional client experiences, and uphold operational excellence.
• Analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement action plans with follow-up feedback.
• Maintain in-store brand standards, grooming, VM, and customer data collection.
• Lead and onboard newcomers, support Boutique Manager in all duties when needed.
• Represent TAG Heuer as Brand Ambassador on and off the floor during events.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment aligned with LVMH values.
