The Swatch Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager for its flagship Madrid boutique, delivering a premium client experience and driving commercial results.

Fluent in Spanish and English, with proven leadership and a track record of exceeding objectives in luxury retail. This role focuses on team excellence, clienteling and strong brand partnerships in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Boutique Manager, Store Manager or Retail Manager, preferably within luxury, premium or watchmaking.

• Develop and execute clienteling, customer acquisition and traffic-generating strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional and consistent luxury customer experience.
• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to maximize business opportunities.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Profile

Proven experience as a Boutique Manager, Store Manager or Retail Manager, preferably within the luxury, premium or watchmaking industry.

Ability to drive business performance and lead teams to achieve and exceed objectives.

Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.

Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Strong clienteling and relationship-building capabilities.

Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.

Professional requirements

Flexibility is also needed to adapt the changes to Boutique needs.

Intermediate level of informatics (Office).

Languages

Fluent Spanish and English are required.

Knowledge in other language would be a plus.
