Longines in Madrid seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our Flagship Boutique, delivering an exceptional luxury client experience while driving commercial performance.

You will coach a high-performing team, develop clienteling and traffic-generating strategies, and ensure flawless operations, inventory control and loss prevention.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Boutique Manager, Store Manager or Retail Manager in luxury or watchmaking.
• Ability to drive business performance and lead teams to achieve objectives.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive boutique sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Develop and execute clienteling, customer acquisition and traffic-generating strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional and consistent luxury customer experience.
• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to maximize opportunities.
• Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage inventory, cash control and loss prevention processes.

At Longines, elegance is an attitude. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager to lead our Flagship Boutique in Madrid, delivering an exceptional client experience while driving commercial performance and team excellence.

• Drive boutique sales performance and achieve business targets
• Develop and execute clienteling, customer acquisition and traffic-generating strategies
• Deliver an exceptional and consistent luxury customer experience
• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team

• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Manage inventory, cash control and loss prevention processes effectively

Profile

Proven experience as a Boutique Manager, Store Manager or Retail Manager, preferably within the luxury, premium or watchmaking industry.

Ability to drive business performance and lead teams to achieve and exceed objectives.

Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.

Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Strong clienteling and relationship-building capabilities.

Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.

Professional Requirements

Flexibility is also needed to adapt the changes to Boutique needs.

Intermediate level of informatics (Office).

Languages

Fluent Spanish and English are required.

Knowledge in other language would be a plus.
