Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-native speaker to recruit doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub office. You will establish trust with healthcare professionals, recruit participants, and maintain up-to-date records while assisting with translations and documentation.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, follow up to maximize participation, and ensure engagement across a diverse, multinational program.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required
• Good working knowledge of English
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience in multi-national corporations is an advantage
• Duties include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using diverse communication channels.
