Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Portuguese & English Customer Support Representative to join our global team in Athens. You will provide multilingual support via chat, email, and phone, helping users with account settings, refunds, and content inquiries.

Ideal candidates have native or C1 Portuguese and C1 English, strong written communication, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. Prior CS experience is a plus, and you must have valid work authorization in Greece.

Qualifications

• Portuguese (C1 or native) and English (C1).
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic PC skills and typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have valid work authorization in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone in Portuguese.
• Assist users with account settings, content-related inquiries, and refund requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Review flagged content to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Identify issues such as phishing, spam, and malware.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining high-quality service.
