Cross Border Talents in Athens is seeking a Customer Support Representative fluent in Spanish and English to join our international team onsite in Greece. You will handle inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat, delivering friendly, effective assistance.

Formación

• Spanish proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Good communication skills, positivity, and a team-player mindset.

• Offer excellent customer service and problem resolution
