Cross Border Talents in Greece is seeking a Portugese & English Customer Support Representative to join our global team on site in Athens. You will handle inquiries in Portuguese and English, guide users through account settings, and resolve issues with a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Portuguese (C1 or native) and English (C1).
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic PC skills and typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have valid work authorization in Greece

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone in Portuguese.
• Assist users with account settings, content-related inquiries, and refund requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Review flagged content to ensure compliance with community standards.
