Concentrix Barcelona is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Spanish-speaking) to join our on-site team. You will engage inbound leads, nurture client relationships, and guide customers through our cloud solutions and merchant payment products.

This role emphasizes a high-volume, fast-paced environment in a modern Barcelona office. We offer full paid training, a 39-hour work week on a Spanish contract from Monday to Friday, and a base salary of 19,000 euros gross per year plus up to 5,000

Formación

• Bilingual or proficient in Spanish plus fluent in English.
• At least 1 year of inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with targets to achieve.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound leads, turn calls into opportunities for our merchant payment solutions and software.
• Forge connections with new customers and introduce them to our products and services.
• Provide knowledge and solutions tailored to client needs.
