Job summary

Autodesk Customer Success seeks technically adept professionals with AECO experience to support enterprise customers globally. You will be the technical point of contact, guiding adoption and ensuring reliable, secure performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop applications.

Role requires strong analytics, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects while engaging stakeholders across IT and design groups. Fluency in French, Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Civil or Construction Engineering.
5+ years' experience with AECO products and cloud services for large enterprise clients.
Strong analytical and data-exchange workflow skills.
Experience delivering technical presentations and multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in French, Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with customers as technical point of contact.
Provide proactive technical governance and advisory to ensure reliable, secure operation at scale.
Coordinate with CSM and TAS on customer success plans and SLAs.
Lead coaching sessions to increase adoption of Autodesk AECO products.
Prepare and deliver technical health insights and performance reviews.
