Job summary

Autodesk Customer Success is seeking technically skilled professionals to optimize customer product investments and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will support AECO environments across large enterprises, working with global customers and coordinating with CSMs and TAS to drive success.

The role emphasizes technical governance, proactive health checks, and collaboration with IT and design teams to ensure successful deployment of Autodesk cloud and desktop applications.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in English and Dutch.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in AECO.
• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Autodesk AECO products for large enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical skills for enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering presentations to clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers as technical point of contact.
• Prioritize and escalate critical issues, monitor service levels.
• Provide technical recommendations based on data analytics.
• Collaborate with IT and design groups for installation, licensing and performance.
• Deliver coaching sessions to increase adoption and customer success plan.
• Conduct proactive engagement through regular support reviews and align insights with customer objectives.
• Engage in key event management such as major upgrades.
• Provide strategic insights and health governance.
