Job summary

DESIGUAL is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to nurture long-lasting customer relationships and act as a trusted partner for key accounts in Barcelona. You will drive operational excellence, improve processes and leverage data to enhance the customer journey.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and CX teams, ensuring accurate orders, timely deliveries and proactive issue resolution while embracing technology to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, proactive and curious with a desire to improve processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for daily customer interactions.
• Experience in customer service, CX or account management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and be their trusted point of contact.
• Coordinate with sales, finance and logistics to resolve requests and issues.
• Monitor accounts, deliveries, invoicing and credit risks to improve performance.
