Winning Consulting in Madrid is seeking a Client Support Specialist (Chinese-speaking) to join the teams at a major international bank. You will be the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking suppliers, providing onboarding support and handling queries and follow-up.

You will deliver day-to-day platform support, coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve issues within SLAs, and assist commercial teams with programme roll-outs and portfolio management.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or B2B.
• Strong service orientation with direct client or supplier interaction.
• Native Chinese, very good English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking suppliers onboarding, queries, and follow-up.
• Provide day-to-day support on platform navigation, functionalities, incidents, and FAQs.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Support commercial teams in roll-out of new programmes and in management of existing portfolios.
• Monitor activity and KPIs related to supplier usage and satisfaction.
• Maintain and update user guides, FAQs and training materials for suppliers.
• Assist with data checks, documentation and administrative tasks linked to programme management.
• Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and customer journeys.
