Job summary

bsport is hiring a customer support specialist in Barcelona. You will be the first contact for customers, addressing inquiries via chat and email, and guiding them to successful outcomes with empathy and clarity.

In a hybrid setup, you’ll collaborate with product and success teams to resolve issues, reduce friction, and improve our help center content for better self-service. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer support experience, ideally in software.
• Native Dutch and fluent English required.
• Clear, warm communication with customers under pressure.
• Curiosity to learn products and translate knowledge into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact in chat and email, resolving standard requests.
• Escalate complex cases to Level 2 with all needed information.
• Flag recurring questions and contribute to help centre content improvements.
