Sani/Ikos Group is looking for Front Office staff in Spain to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and support smooth check-in and check-out at our resort. You will help guests with information, directions, and local tips while maintaining a tidy lobby and coordinating with other departments.

Fluent English is preferred, a valid European or international driving license is required, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude is essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, resort, or golf club environment.
• Good command of English (verbal); additional languages are a plus.
• Valid European or international driving license (required).
• Basic mechanical awareness is a plus.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Assistance: Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Transport: Safely escort guests and their belongings to rooms or vehicles as needed.
• Information: Provide guests with basic hotel information, directions, and local area tips.
• Lobby Support: Keep the lobby and entrance area tidy and assist with opening doors or calling taxis.
• Coordination: Communicate guest requests to Front Office and other departments promptly.
