Sani/Ikos Group in Palma is seeking friendly hospitality professionals to join our team as bar/restaurant staff. You will greet guests, take drink orders, prepare beverages, and contribute to a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

Formación

• Previous experience within a bar/restaurant, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide excellent customer service throughout.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages according to the established sequence of service.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory control.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with management to ensure smooth bar and restaurant operations.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
