Sani/Ikos Group in Mallorca, Spain, invites experienced housekeeping leaders to join our luxury resort teams. You will oversee daily operations, align standards with our guest‑focused service ethos, and drive improvements in cleanliness and efficiency.

This role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate staff while coordinating with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within luxury hotels or resorts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house meet high cleanliness standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping employees to maintain efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct inspections, monitor performance, and implement improvements to maintain exceptional standards.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper usage and timely procurement.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational policies in all housekeeping activities.

Your main purpose
