Sani/Ikos Group in Palma is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our expanding family. You will deliver attentive guest service, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure memorable experiences.

Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus, and a hospitality qualification is preferred. We offer competitive remuneration, accommodation and daily transport, full board meals, and ongoing training as you grow

Formación

• Previous experience in a restaurant, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setting.
• Fluency in English; another language is a plus.
• Hospitality qualification or related degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Guest interaction and attentive service throughout the meal.
• Serve food and beverages accurately, following service standards.
• Support wine and beverage service and coordinate with the sommelier when needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Provide attentive and friendly service, taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, following service standards.
• Wine & Beverage Support: Offer basic wine and drink recommendations; coordinate with the sommelier for specialized service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Maintain a clean dining area and adhere to hygiene and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant, preferably in a hotel or fine dining environment.
• Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
• Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
