Sani/Ikos Group in Palma is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to uphold our high cleanliness standards across guest rooms, corridors and public areas. You will prepare rooms with fresh linens, amenities, and guest supplies while ensuring safety and hygiene compliance.

You should bring experience in hotels or resorts, strong attention to detail and time management, and a professional, guest-focused attitude.

• Follow hygiene, safety and hotel policies when cleaning and handling equipment or chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Room Preparation: Ensure rooms are properly prepared with fresh linens, amenities, and guest supplies.

Inspection & Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisors promptly.

Guest Assistance: Respond politely to guest requests related to room cleanliness or additional amenities.

Compliance & Safety: Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies during cleaning and handling of equipment or chemicals.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in hotels or resorts.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Professional and guest-focused attitude.
