Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is offering a Bell Boy Trainee internship to support Front Office and Bell Desk teams with guest arrivals, luggage handling, and escorting guests to rooms. You will welcome guests on arrival and departure and explain hotel facilities and Ibiza surroundings.

The program lasts 5–6 months, starting between April and May 2027, with free accommodation in a shared room, free meals during shifts, and an internship allowance of 500€ gross per month."

Formación

• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management or related degree.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1).
• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU; based in Ibiza during internship.

About The Role

The Bell Boy Trainee will assist the Front Office and Bell Desk teams in the daily operations, supporting guests with their luggage, transportation arrangements and other requests throughout their stay. You will welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, escort them to their rooms, explain the hotel’s facilities and services, and provide information about the hotel and the surroundings of Ibiza.

In this role, you will learn how to anticipate guest needs and deliver a warm, personalized and efficient service. You will also support the team with luggage handling, guest requests and other daily tasks to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Program length: 5 to 6 months

Starting date: April – May 2027

What You Need To Have

• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management, Tourism or a related degree (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with good communication and interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
• Previous hospitality experience is desirable.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.
