Job summary

Eco Plus Solutions AB is seeking a Basque-speaking Customer Advisor in Barcelona to deliver exceptional passenger care in the aviation sector. You will be the frontline contact for travelers across channels, guiding them through itineraries, technical issues, and policy questions with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, assisting with check-ins, and maintaining detailed case records.

Qualifications

• Native Basque (Euskera) fluency
• Excellent Spanish skills with professional use
• Good intermediate English (B1–B2) for tools and docs
• Experience in customer-facing roles, contact centers, or travel/hospitality is preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle omnichannel inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Manage passenger reservations and flight changes
• Provide step-by-step guidance for check-in and apps
• Resolve issues with empathy and clear communication
• Communicate in Basque, Spanish and English for international/local travelers
• Record all requests and updates in Windows-based systems
