Job summary

Glovo seeks a leader to own a Barcelona MFC, transforming store logistics into an excellent customer experience. You will build and mentor a team of about 30, driving continuous improvement through data insights and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage operations across logistics and store, lead projects, and scale the MFC business model with a focus on actionable analytics and KPI visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in fast-paced logistics or operations.
• Experience leading large teams and driving change.
• A data-driven mentality with solid business judgment.
• Able to adapt and stay effective in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage one MFC in Barcelona with ~30 staff.
• Lead a team of pickers and couriers; hire, train and mentor.
• Facilitate dashboards to monitor main operational KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations (Logistics, Finance, Health and Safety, Procurement).
• Drive continuous improvement and translate analyses into actionable tasks.
