Job summary

Glovo is seeking a dynamic leader to take full ownership of a BCN Micro‑Fulfilment Center, transforming complex logistics into a seamless customer experience. • Min of 3+ yr of experience in fast-paced environments (Logistics, operations, Supply, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own part of the MFCs ES OKRs.
• Manage one MFCs of Barcelona (around 30 employees in charge).
• Manage a team of Picker and Couriers. Hire, train and mentor all the Team Members.
• Continuously facilitate analysis and dashboards to give visibility on the performance of the main operational KPIs.
• Develop MFCs business model with a 360º mindset.
• Coordinate all the operations of the MFC, both on the Logistics side and the Store.
• Work with a cross‑functional team (Operations, CatMan, Finance, Health and Safety, Procurement…) to achieve quick and flawless execution.
• Lead project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement.
