Job summary

Glovo is seeking a Business Analyst for the Marketplace Experience team in Barcelona to own regional analysis, trackers, and dashboards. You will turn operational data into measurable business impact and help shape market performance end-to-end.

Collaborate with Regional Performance Leads, local Ops heads, and HQ teams to surface value leaks, prioritize improvements, and safeguard retention and cost-to-serve. Fluency in English and a quantitative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (engineering, economics, maths/physics) required.
• 1–2 years of analytics experience in a similar industry.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; plus Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the analysis, trackers and dashboards for a region's Marketplace Experience.
• Surface value loss areas (volumes, retention, cost-to-serve) and flag anomalies.
• Drive progress on region-focused initiatives under Regional Performance Lead guidance.
• Turn data into actionable insights to support prioritization and trade-offs.
• Partner with Regional Leads, Heads of Ops, and HQ teams across divisions.
• Meet managers' day-to-day data needs with clear backlog status and delivery expectations.
