Glovo Group in Barcelona is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to lead and continuously improve our procurement operations within the Global Procurement team. You will manage a team of procurement professionals and collaborate with Finance, Technology and other stakeholders to drive performance and scalable services.

Formación

• Experience in Procurement Operations, Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay in an international environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems, governance and controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.
• Experience leading process improvement, digitalisation, automation or transformation initiatives.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP; proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Looker/Tableau.
• Strong communication and proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement operations, ensuring efficient, accurate and compliant execution of processes within the team’s scope, including Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order.
• Lead, coach and develop the team, setting clear objectives and fostering ownership and collaboration.
• Own operational KPIs and SLAs, using data and analytics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Develop reporting and translate procurement data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Identify and lead opportunities to simplify, standardise, digitalise and automate procurement processes.
• Partner with Technology and other teams on process and system enhancements, from requirements to adoption.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval requirements and internal controls.
• Manage complex operational issues and escalations, driving root-cause resolution.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships as a Procurement Operations partner.
