Glovo is seeking a hands-on leader to take full ownership of a Barcelona-based Micro-Fulfilment Center (MFC). You will guide a team of about 30 front-line employees and Leads, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance and Health & Safety.

Formación

• At least 3 years in fast-paced environments (logistics, operations).
• Experience managing large work teams and leading change.
• Ability to make decisions based on data with good business judgement.
• You are principled, capable of admitting mistakes and learning.

Responsabilidades

• Own one MFC in Barcelona and lead ~30 frontline staff.
• Build, mentor and inspire the team to deliver results.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor core KPIs and performance.
• Coordinate operations across logistics and store functions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead project analyses and translate insights into actionable tasks for continuous improvement.
