Feastech Data Corp in Barcelona is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for end users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and the Office suite.
This on-site role requires fluent English, excellent customer service, and a practical understanding of hardware, software, and basic Windows Server/Active Directory. Occasional travel may be required for client sites.
Formación
- Fluent English and strong customer service abilities.
- Experience providing technical end-user support.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- On-site support with daytime availability.
Responsabilidades
- Provide onsite technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Travel to customer location to provide onsite support.
- Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Work within TCP/IP LAN/WAN environment.
- Communicate issues and solutions clearly to users.
- Assist in diagnosing issues and advising users.
- Support, troubleshoot and debug software applications
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure daytime availability for support requests.
