Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona’s 22@ district is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive new business for AI advertising solutions. You will identify, engage and close opportunities, coordinating with marketing and customer success teams to deliver value.

This full-time role (39 hours/week) requires 2–3 years of B2B sales, English at C1, and Salesforce experience. Base salary is €25,000 gross/year with an uncapped on-target bonus of €6,500, relocation support, private health

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication skills including C-level interaction.
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
• Lead needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking.
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions where applicable.
• Achieve revenue and activity targets.
