Four Seasons Madrid is seeking an experienced Assistant Banquets Manager to lead the banquets department with passion and creativity, ensuring exceptional service. Reporting to the Banquets Manager, you will coordinate with event planners and internal teams, supervise staff, and uphold service standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

• 1–2 years of assistant banquet management or F&B outlet experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume restaurant or banquet space.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily banquet operations and event execution.
• Coordinate with planners, clients and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Supervise, train, and motivate banquet staff.
• Ensure proper setup, service and breakdown per BEOs.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist scheduling staff and managing labor costs.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance.
• Aid in inventory control and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in pre-event meetings and brief staff on event details.
• Handle admin tasks like reports and attendance.
