Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Madrid is seeking an experienced Assistant Banquets Manager to lead the Banquets department with passion and creativity. You will ensure exceptional service, coordinate with planners and internal teams, and supervise staff to uphold Four Seasons standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in a similar assistant manager position and 2 years managing a high-volume banquet space. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected.

Formación

• One to two years' experience as an assistant manager in Banquets or Food & Beverage outlet.
• Two years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant or banquet space.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Banquet Manager in overseeing daily banquet operations and event execution.
• Coordinate with event planners, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Supervise, train, and motivate banquet staff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Ensure proper setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet functions according to BEOs.
