Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a Head Waiter to join the El Patio team, delivering exceptional beverage and dining service that aligns with Four Seasons standards. You will confidently describe menu items, guide guests through the dining experience, and maintain impeccable service quality.

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests with vivid descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen.
• Coordinate food timings; verify kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the table promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond to concerns promptly.
• Close guest checks accurately and process payments.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Head Waiter to join our El Patio team. We are looking for dedicated professionals to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Our Head Waiter also provides an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

What You Will Do

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen.
• Coordinates food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.

What You Bring

We are looking for individuals that are highly motivated team players. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills, as well as an eye for detail are a necessity. Candidates should have previous experience in F&B in a luxury, fast paced environment. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
