Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, this role provides operational and managerial support to the Housekeeping Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has prior Rooms Division or Housekeeping Management experience, demonstrates strong leadership, and can build relationships across departments.

Formación

• Experience in Rooms Division or Housekeeping Management within a large hotel preferred.
• Must have legal right to work in Spain and fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Supervisors, Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate daily operations of Housekeeping and Valet departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Schedule staff, conduct evaluations, and coach employees to meet quality standards.
• Represent the department with leadership presence to guests, employees and suppliers.
• Oversee stock control, inventory, sourcing products and supplier relations.
