Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is offering an exciting internship program for motivated hospitality students eager to start their careers in luxury service. As an intern you will support daily operations within your assigned department, learn from skilled professionals, and develop your understanding of Four Seasons standards.

Positions will begin January/February 2027 across areas including F&B, Culinary, Rooms, Sales, IT, Finance, and People & Culture.

Formación

• Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach.
• Philosophy aligned with our Golden Rule- people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both English and Spanish (for culinary internships only Spanish will be requested).
• Legal right to work in Spain at the time of appliyng.
• Possibility of signing an agreement with your school/ university for a full time 6-months period.
