Cross Border Talents in Madrid seeks a Banking Customer Service Agent for its Catalan-speaking team. You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach, handling questions about accounts, cards and payments.

On-site role with an afternoon schedule (15:00-22:00), 38.5 hours weekly and a full-time contract. Training is provided; a short video and language test are part of the selection process.

Formación

• Fluent Catalan, written and spoken.
• Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above.
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued.
• The selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language.
• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken.
• Team player who is open to feedback.

Responsabilidades

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance
• Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour
• 38.5 hours per week
