Freenow by Lyft in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Manager to lead B2B engagements with SME taxi companies in Spain, promoting our Dispatch tool and guiding partners through change.

You will travel up to 40-50% to meet partners, manage onboarding end-to-end, and collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to deliver a superior solution while building long-term relationships and delivering tangible value.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of managing a B2B pipeline and handling objections.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, engage, travel and pitch our Dispatch tool to SME taxi companies in Spain.
• Guide entrepreneurs, fleet owners, and senior dispatchers through the change process.
• Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to co-build the ultimate solution and gather on-the-ground feedback.
