Job summary

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to design and maintain data foundations and reporting across multiple client programs. You will build data structures, dashboards and automated flows, while guiding clients on data access and tools.

Lead a team of 4 analysts and collaborate with operations and sales stakeholders to drive pipeline and optimize sales processes. The role emphasizes practical data engineering disciplines, accessible to clients, and aims to improve decision

Qualifications

4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations analytics or BI with CRM data.
Advanced Salesforce reporting: cross-object reports, dashboards, formulas.
Advanced Google Sheets and Apps Script: structured data design, automation, scheduled imports.
Solid SQL, ideally with BigQuery.
Hands-on with Looker Studio or Tableau.
Clear understanding of B2B sales funnels and metrics: pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rate.
Experience guiding, coaching or mentoring other analysts.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Design and build the data and reporting setup for each program.
Advise clients on data access and tool capabilities; build business cases for access.
Lead the team of 4 Data Analysts; set priorities and standards across programs.
Develop GTM engineering capabilities to generate pipeline and improve sales processes.
Define a common metric dictionary across programs and ensure consistent reporting.
