Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI or data science; travel industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
- Strong Excel and SQL skills, and hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Experience in revenue optimization or commercial analytics.
- Highly data-driven with ability to translate insights into recommendations.
- Strong communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Monitor regional KPIs and performance trends to meet budget and revenue targets.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and automated alerts for stakeholders.
- Translate BI insights into concrete business actions and clear communication.
- Analyze pricing setup and sub-unit performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track promotions and evaluate their impact on business performance.
- Develop revenue optimization tools and models to support pricing and commercial decisions.
- Lead analytics initiatives that enhance efficiency through reporting, automation and AI.
- Work with offline and online data sources to produce accurate, statistically sound analysis.
- Capture and document business requirements using structured methodologies.
